After examination of the record, this panel agrees unanimously that oral argument is not needed. Rule 34(a), Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. This is a civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. Â§Â§ 1983 and 1985. In this original and amended complaints, plaintiff alleges violation of his constitutional rights in a transfer without notice or hearing from the State Prison of Southern Michigan to Marquette Branch Prison, in injuries received when he was forcibly taken from his cell, in denial of medical care for those injuries, and in censorship of his mail, and alleges conspiracy to violate his constitutional rights.
