1 Plaintiffs appeal the dismissal of their amended complaint and the denial of their motion for leave to file a second amended complaint. The district court dismissed the amended complaint after granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Arnold and Larson, and after denying defendants leave to file a second amended complaint. With respect to the grant of summary judgment and the dismissal of the amended complaint, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
