ORDER This 23rd day of October, 1990, the appellee, Norma G. Pressman, having moved to affirm the judgment of the Family Court, and it appearing that said motion should be granted on the basis of and for the reasons stated by the Family Court in its opinion dated May 3, 1990. The legal issues are clearly controlled by settled Delaware law. To the extent that the issues on appeal are factual, clearly there is sufficient evidence to support the findings of fact. There was also no abuse of discretion by the trial Judge.
