The Teaters (defendants-appellants) answered and counterclaimed alleging that they owned certain real property described in their counterclaim, basing their ownership of the property on adverse possession. The trial court, after hearing the case entered findings of fact, Conclusions of law and decree adverse to the Teaters, and judgment was entered quieting title in the Standals. The Teaters then perfected this appeal. We affirm the judgment in part, and reverse in part.
